Refund Policy
As this is a site that releases digital tutorial content, we carry a strict “no refunds” policy. All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with the content, please reach out to us via email and we would be more than happy to work with you to figure out what you're struggling with.
Note: This policy especially applies to 3rd party CFM rule sets. We recommend that you test the site out with monthly subscription before locking in to a year-long subscription if you play in environments that restrict play-style.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments
With each visit to RedHotTips.GG you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. RedHot reserves the right to amend these terms with or without prior notice to the user.
2. Our Service
RedHot Tips creates and provides digital tutorial content (including but not limited to videos, photos, and text content) and reserves the right to modify this content at any time without prior notice to the user. While we strive to overachieve in the following areas, RedHot Tips shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
3. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
RedHot Tips requires that the user register on the website in order to purchase & access digital content. When registering, you explicitly agree to provide accurate information as requested and agree to abide by the Terms of Use.
4. Cancelation of Subscription
RedHot Tips members may cancel their accounts via the "My Subscriptions" tab. If you're still having trouble, please submit an e-mail to blakemullen72@gmail.com with a cancelation request. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for failing to cancel a membership before your auto-renewal of your subscriptions for monthly or yearly members. DO NOT use any other means of communication other than blakemullen72@gmail.com for account cancelation requests.
5. Discord
The RedHot Tips Discord channel is an added membership perk & is a privilege, rather than a guaranteed part of your membership. RedHot Tips reserves the right to remove any member from the Discord for personal conduct, breach of Discord's Terms of Use (see their terms). Removal from the Discord does not entitle members to a refund of their membership fees. Please be respectful of RedHot Tips staff members and community members if you wish to participate in the Discord.
6. Privacy Policy
RedHot Tips will never share or sell your personal information. Payments are authorized & processed through the Wix and/or PayPal payment gateways. Refer to their website to understand their privacy policy.
7. Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login. You may not sell, trade or otherwise transfer a RedHot Tips account to another party. If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your account privileges may be suspended or terminated. You agree to immediately notify RedHot Tips of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. RedHot Tips will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
8. Your Conduct
You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("Content"), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. You agree that our web site may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on this web site nor for any error or omission. You explicitly agree, in using this web site or any service provided, that you shall not:

You shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend RedHot Tips and its affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of or relate to any act or omission of RedHot Tips.
